I received this item quickly after ordering in a sealed pkg. There are 4 freshness packages with 5 herbal patches in each package plus the box was wrapped for freshness. The patches are easy to apply to the knee and I also put one on my neck/shoulder area. The patches stayed put in both areas and gave off a fresh menthol scent.
